The modern brick terminal facility has a reception area with lounge, briefing rooms, several offices, toilets and kitchen. Other facilities include 50 hangars with a total capacity for over 100 aircraft.
The development of Airpark Goolwa is for a total of 58 residential allotments (Community Title) ranging from approximately 2,000m2 to 3,400m2, and all safely positioned around the airport precinct.
A perimeter road services the blocks with areas of park land and native vegetation dispersed around the edges.
